  • Sophie French Lab is open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or previous experience with French. We focus on inclusive, intercultural, and meaningful language learning, creating a welcoming environment for all learners.

  • Drawing on experience in education, intercultural learning, and social inclusion, Sophie French Lab provides a supportive and flexible learning environment. Our teaching helps learners build confidence, develop strong language skills, and connect with others through French.

  • Our programs follow the CEFR framework, using a structured workbook-based system with progressive lessons, guided practice, and real-life application to ensure clear, measurable language progress.

  • Sophie French Lab offers French grammar and communication courses for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners, with clear explanations and practical application to real-life situations. Programs are adapted to learners’ goals and needs, including:

    • Basic and advanced French grammar

    • French for work and professional contexts

    • French exam preparation

    • French for children learning French as a second language (FLSco)

    • French for migrants and newcomers (FLI)
