About Sophie French Lab

  • Sophie French Lab is open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or previous experience with French. We focus on inclusive, intercultural, and meaningful language learning, creating a welcoming environment for all learners.

  • Drawing on experience in education, intercultural learning, and social inclusion, Sophie French Lab provides a supportive and flexible learning environment. Our teaching helps learners build confidence, develop strong language skills, and connect with others through French.

  • Our programs follow the CEFR framework, using a structured workbook-based system with progressive lessons, guided practice, and real-life application to ensure clear, measurable language progress.

  • Sophie founded SOPHIE FRENCH LAB to share her passion for teaching and connecting people through language.

    A former primary school teacher with experience teaching adults from diverse backgrounds, she combines patience, creativity, and structured methodology in every class.

    Sophie believes education can empower minds, foster cultural understanding, and create lasting impact. Her classes are engaging, supportive, and practical, helping students gain confidence, explore French, and build bridges between cultures.
