These Terms & Conditions govern the online French language lessons and related services provided by:

2. Services
I provide online French language lessons, conversation practice, exam preparation, and personalized language coaching.
The details, prices, and availability of services are displayed on this website.
3. Booking and Payment
Lessons and services may be booked through the booking system available on this website.
Payment must be completed before the lesson unless otherwise agreed.
A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD $) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be updated at any time. However, confirmed bookings will remain subject to the price displayed at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson, missed lessons, or no-shows are non-refundable.
If I am unable to conduct a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
Having a reliable internet connection
Having access to suitable equipment for online lessons
Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
Late arrival by the student does not extend the scheduled lesson time.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers residing in the European Union, a statutory right of withdrawal may apply.
By booking a lesson scheduled to take place before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, the student expressly requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that they may lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
8. Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, worksheets, exercises, presentations, recordings, and educational content provided during lessons remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
These materials are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, shared, published, or sold without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
I provide professional language instruction with reasonable care and skill.
However, language-learning results depend on many factors, including attendance, motivation, practice, and individual effort. Therefore, no specific results or level of proficiency can be guaranteed.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through this website or booking system is used solely for managing bookings, delivering lessons, communicating with students, and complying with legal obligations.
11. Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing, booking, or attending a lesson through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
